KREITZER JOINS OHIO WILLOW WOOD

Ohio Willow Wood is pleased to announce the addition of Doug Kreitzer as Sales and Customer Care Manager to the company.

At Ohio Willow Wood Kreitzer will manage both the customer care team and the company’s U.S. field support representatives. He will work with the customer care team enhancing tools and procedures to ensure customers continue to receive top-quality service. Kreitzer will actively assist the field support representatives in their efforts to keep customers informed and knowledgeable about available new and existing Ohio Willow Wood products.

Kreitzer will serve as a liaison between Ohio Willow Wood and its distributor network. In addition, he will also attend national trade shows to meet and talk with customers.

Kreitzer brings 28 years of sales and marketing experience to his new Ohio Willow Wood role. While new to the prosthetic and orthotic industry, Kreitzer has held various positions within the sales field ranging from field rep, marketing manager, and vice president of sales and marketing within the industrial packaging trade. Kreitzer is a graduate of West Liberty State College and currently serves on the alumni foundation’s board of directors.
