OHIO WILLOW WOOD EXPANDS CUSTOMER CARE TEAM

Ohio Willow Wood is pleased to announce the addition of Monica Rhoads as the company’s customer care representative for the Northeastern U.S. region.

In her customer care role, Rhoads will receive direct orders from customers and distributors, answer product questions, provide product information, and provide assistance to Ohio Willow Wood’s field support representatives.

While new to the orthotics and prosthetics industry, Rhoads is well-skilled in taking care of customers and familiar with working in medical-related industries. She has over 10 years experience in customer service ranging from sales, processing medical claims, office management, staffing, and supervisory positions.

“I have enjoyed being able to experience the little miracles that take place here everyday regarding enriching people’s lives and making them not only mobile again, but happy and active,” shared Rhoads.
