This position is responsible for the processing of customer returned product at WillowWood. Position will continually maintain the returns system and develop a complete understanding of the Return Merchandise Authorization processes and procedures. Candidate will assist with the processing of returned products. Support department by being responsible for customer returns while providing top quality customer service. This individual will process information and maintain an accurate follow-up method and proper documentation. Assist the department manager in the continuous monitoring and measurement of the returns process.
